NOA2(I-797, Notice of Action)到着

USCISのステイタスが
3月8日付でApprovedに変わってから2週間。

本日、NOA2が郵送で届きました！

こちらもNOA1と同じくぺらっと紙一枚なんだけど
紙質がちょっと立派になってて、
ただのReceipt Noticeじゃなくて
Approval Noticeですよっ！って感じ(笑)

書かれていた内容の抜粋はこちら。

The above petition has been approved. We have sent the original visa petition to the Department of State National Visa Center (NVC). NVC processes all approved immigrant visa petitions that need consular action. It also determines which consular post is the appropriate consulate to complete visa processing. NVC will then forward the approved petition to that consulate.

The NVC will contact the person for whom you are petitioning (beneficiary) concerning further immigrant visa processing steps.

You should allow a minimum of 30 days for Department of State processing before contacting the NVC. If you have not received any correspondence from the NVC within 30 days, you may contact the NVC by e-mail.

請願が許可されて、NVCに送られたこと。
今後は、NVCで請願が処理され、
然るべき領事館に送られること。

NVCからビザの受取人(＝私)あてに
ビザ手続きのステップについて連絡があること。

NVCでの手続きが開始するまで最低30日かかること。
30日経ってもNVCから連絡がない場合は、
メールで連絡すること。

などが書かれています。

NVCからインストラクションが届かないことには
次に進めないので、このNOA2を受け取ったからって
状況が変わるわけではないけど、

実際にNOA2の書面を見ることで、
少しずつだけど動いてる感じがあって
やっぱり嬉しいよね。

あと2週間ほどでNVCから連絡があるかな～♪
